Three
months have passed since Brennan ran away with Christine in order to
avoid being framed for murder by Christopher Pelant. Only her father
knows where she is. Booth, unfortunately, does not.
If any of this seems surprising or unfamiliar, you should definitely go back and re-watch the Bones season 7 finale. There are definitely a lot of plot points that will be continuing into season 8.
But
