BETWEEN "FALL finales" and "spring premieres" and reruns that sometimes seem to outnumber originals, it's been a trying season for viewers who still think there's such a thing as appointment TV.
The frustration level's been particularly high for fans of Fox's "Bones," which tomorrow night airs its first new episode since Feb. 3.
But then, "Bones" fans have seldom had it easy.
