Bones first ratings details Next was always reliable Bones with an also first-place 6.6/10 at 9 p.m. Compared to year-ago time period occupant Fringe (3.8/ 6 on 12/3/10), Bones built by a hefty 74 percent.

Opposite an evening of all repeats on CBS, Fox led this first Thursday of December with its combination of The X Factor (Viewers: #1, 10.20 million; A18-49: #1, 3.1 rating/9 share) and Bones (Viewers: #2, 8.82 million; A18-49: #1, 2.8/ 7). As a reminder, effective on Jan. 19, Fox’s line-up on Thursday will consistent of returning American Idol and upcoming Bones spin-off The Finder.

Bones' 2.8 adults 18-49 rating was up a tenth versus its last original (though even with its fast national rating, Bones wound up being adjusted down a tenth in the finals two weeks ago). Steady is good, particularly entering the holiday season though two weeks ago, CBS wasn't in repeats so some might have been looking for more from Fox last night. 2.8/7 8.82 millions.
