For five seasons, Bones has bounced around the Fox schedule like a toy skeleton. In April, the police procedural with a romantic twist hits the 100-episode milestone. Fans of the series have ensured not even Fox could bury Bones.
Which is just the way Emily Deschanel likes it. The elegant Los Angeles native joined co-star David Boreanaz and series creator/executive producer Hart Hanson earlier this year at the most recent TV critics press tour to discuss the quiet success of the series. "I actually prefer it this way," says Deschanel. "Big shows like Grey's Anatomy get so much hype and attention right from the get-go. I wouldn't like that. I'm happy they shuffled us around and we somehow made it and people found us."
