I can't believe that Brennan is on the run after the Bones finale. How will the writers resolve that in the premiere next season?

Booth's alarm clock, we're pretty sure anywhere else is safer than Casa
Bones. But you can be certain this battle of wits is just beginning.
"We wanted to keep our serial killer alive to keep the procedural
element of the show in the forefront," executive producer Stephen Nathan
says. "I don't like serial killers, but Pelant is close to our hearts.
He's someone we want to keep around for quite a while."

Bones Creator Hart Hanson Admits He Hates Spoilers — Then Spills Juicy Finale Spoiler!
Only someone as complex as Hart Hanson could create a show as perfect as Bones.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times Show Tracker, Hart admits that he hates spoilers (our apologies, Hart), then closes the very same interview by revealing that in the Season 7 Finale, “Brennan says something to Booth that is very, very profound about their relationship.” Wait a minute, isn’t that what happened in last year’s cliffhanger ending — unless Brennan’s telling Booth about Baby #2?
We could continue to speculate like crazy until Monday’s finale, but for now here’s some of the juicier bits from Hart’s full interview. ...

How to top last year's baby bombshell? The team behind Bones chose good old-fashioned terror. Super-smart cyber killer Christopher Pelant (guest star Andrew Leeds) will be back to taunt Booth, Brennan and the Jeffersonian team in ways that creator Hart Hanson says will "scare the crap out of people." Unfortunately, the danger doesn't end there: Hanson and fellow executive producer Stephen Nathan confirm Pelant will be around in Season 8. "He will change the course of the series for a little bit," Nathan says. As for this season's cliff-hanger? Look for Pelant to manipulate the evidence in the team' s latest investigation in a way that implicates Brennan. "It's going to put [Booth and Brennan] in a completely different situation than they've been in before professionally," Nathan says. "And that will affect them personally to a large, large extent."
