BONES: Hart Hanson and Carla Kettner Tease What You Need to Know About Season 7 (Part 1)

While most shows will be returning to our televisions in the next month or so, BONES fans still have to wait two-plus months before they get resolution on that little Booth and Brennan baby cliffhanger. However, the delayed start date hasn’t stopped spoilers from leaking out about the upcoming year.

“I think there’s too much stuff out there [about the new season] already,” BONES creator Hart Hanson told me at the recent Fox TCA party. Still, he and BONES writer Carla Kettner were willing to tease a few things fans should know about season 7…

Chatting oceanside with #BONES’ creator @HARTHANSON: Juggling shows, babies and the new Jefferson squintern!

@BonesOnFox This weekend was all about Fox (with a dash of FX) at last night’s party held at Gladstone’s on-the-ocean restaurant in Malibu. The occasion, the Fox day at the summer press tour of the Television Critics Association. I found Bones and The Finder creator Hart Hanson just outside the jammed up area of the party so I figured it was the best time to grab a few minutes with him…that is, after we took our first-ever photo together. (For those who haven’t followed on Twitter, Hart has a habit of taking my picture on any press line he sees me). Here’s our chat with the Pacific Ocean but a few yards away...

The GLEE Controversy! The Future of BONES and HOUSE! TERRA NOVA’s Troubles! Direct From TCA 2011, Fox President Kevin Reilly Answers All

11:59AM: “We’ve been pretty darn happy with the performance of BONES on Thursday night. As CSI was fading, BONES was looking as resilient as ever. It’s a really valuable show to us,” said Reilly on the future of BONES. “[Despite the fact] our audience profile likes a more adventurous show, we know that a solid relationship show is a staple of TV so God bless BONES because they have delivered this. I like the obtained hour of television and we have nothing coming down the pipe that sort of replaces it.”

Reilly: "Bones," "House" Futures TBD; "Glee" Spin-Off Still An Option

-- "I think the producer would like to keep it going, we'd love to keep it going," Reilly said when asked about the future of "Bones." "We're going to revisit that later in the year but we've been pretty darn happy with the performance of 'Bones' on Thursday night."
